Our Favorites: Features in Review

Today we want to highlight our favorite features from past weeks. These authors, activists and artists challenge us to maximize our potentials and find happiness in our lives.

Professional musician, scientist, and published author, Tara Mackey leads by example. Her novel, Cured by Nature, draws on her own experiences in personal healing and self discovery. Tara uses about.me to connect with eco-conscious, educational or health campaigns and says “Everyone is so inspiring on about.me and it’s so easy to catch up, get inspired or stay connected to people.”

Jake Ducey is a two time published author who motivates millennials to find meaning in their lives. Jake’s experiences backpacking around the world have informed his belief in following your heart and not settling. The Purpose Principals was released this January and explores the common threads between the successes, failures and inspirations of some of our most influential leaders.

AndiaWinslow

Our last favorite feature is professional athlete and community motivator Andia Winslow. Andia participated in the 2014 Sochi Winter Olympic Games as a skeleton on ice and has a photographic memory. Andia founded The Fit Cycle, an online community that empowers people to incorporate fitness into their everyday lives.

Check out Tara, Jake and Andia’s full length features to read more about this week’s favorites.
