Happy Thanksgiving from about.me

Today is Thanksgiving, a national holiday here in the United States. There are many different traditions to celebrate the day, which often include eating turkey and pumpkin pie or watching American football.

For many of us, Thanksgiving is about taking the time to be thankful for the people and good fortune in our lives. With that in mind, I wish to take this opportunity to thank you!

From all of us at about.me, thank you for making our community the most generous and inspiring on the web.

Our community sends a massive number of compliments and messages every day, connecting millions of people around the world.

Online interactions on about.me frequently develop into offline relationships, like meeting for coffee, getting hired, or even having an American Idol finalist to perform for your charity.

Thank you for the daily feedback on what works, and what should be improved. Thank you for sharing your about.me page with your friends and coworkers. Most of all, thank you for transforming about.me from our humble beginnings into the vibrant community of passionate and inspiring people you see today.
